A one-star campsite. L´Avena campsite, 15 km south-west of Sartène, is a relatively shaded campsite which is often cooled by the pleasant sea breeze. This 6 hectare site, with its direct access to the beach, 600 m away, is simply stunning. With its contrasting landscape of hills, rocks and deep blue sea, l´Avena is a gem on the southwest coast of Corsica, the aptly-named Isle of Beauty. Its one-star rating belies a very high level of comfort.
